paper, we describe the features of the Enhanced Viewer Experience System (EVES), a distance education tool that enhances students’ learning experience by supporting the creation and playback of multiple synchronized time-indexed information streams, such as amble sequences, topic indices, transcripts, snapshots, and notes, together with the video of the lecture. These time-indexed streams move along with the lecture video as it plays.
